Sparky is the "King of the Herd".  Largest by far, the rest of the herd respects his power and moves out of his way when it's dinner time (maybe that's why he's the largest by far!).  He is one of our original three goats, and despite his size, would love to be a lap goat if we let him.

Otie is one of our original three goats, and brother to Sparky.  He is also a large wether, and is right up there on the totem pole of power within the herd.    With people, he is the most timid of our herd.  He's the least "talkative" of the bunch, and tends to let the others investigate strange things first.  "Uncle Otie" makes an excellent companion to our goat kids when they are first separated from their mothers at weaning time, before they are big enough to join the main herd.

Bo is the smallest of the adult wethers, and much more refined than the others.  His nickname is "Studley" because his favorite pastime is chasing the girls around.  He's very ingenious - he has learned how to turn on the interior barn lights when it's feeding time.  He ONLY does it when we're late for feeding time and it's dark out. Pretty smart goat!

Know how Winston got his name?  He has a WeberWood "W" on his right side.  Granted, you have to look at a certain angle to see it .....but still.  Winston has grown into quite a powerhouse from the little guy he was a couple of years ago!  He still loves attention, and would love to be a lap goat if he could.  He still hangs out with his Mom, and isn't very happy that he has to share her attention with his half sister Heidi, who just joined the herd this year.
